All prices on the site incorporate FREE standard shipping worldwide*. Your Ladyidiy Hair clip-in extensions are sent from our warehouses situated in either New York (USA), Shenzhen (China), Tilburg (Netherlands), or Sydney (Australia).

It will take 1-2 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option chose at checkout session. Our shipment is between Monday through Friday, with weekends and holidays not included. We can’t ensure Saturday delivery, regardless of whether your delivery is upgraded to express. We do NOT ship orders that same day. please permit up to 2 business days for orders to be processed (for instance, in the event that you place your order a on Monday, your order should be shipped out on Tuesday or Wednesday). You will get a confirmation email with the tracking link once your order ships. Please permit up to 48 hours to get this shipping confirmation email. Express shipping alternatives and some other extra charges are non-refundable.

Please note that if incorrect or incomplete addresses are given, or if there are unconfirmed details with your order, it will slow down the processing of your order by an extra 1-2 business days. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed to the email address provided at the checkout session, which can take up to 48 hours. You will receive a second email once your order has been shipped, which will have your tracking number included and a link to use to follow up your package. INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES

These charges are paid to your government or local carrier and are not received by Ladyidiy Hair, and accordingly can’t be refunded.

We dispatch international packages DDU (obligations and duties unpaid), implying that these charges are excluded in the cost of the products you buy from our site. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

Additional Shipping Charges: If you upgraded your shipping and the package was returned back to us because of a wrong address and if you would prefer a refund, you won’t be repaid for the upgraded shipping charges.

RETURNS
By placing an order at Ladyidiy Hair, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Ladyidiy Hair. Please refer to our international returns policy here for additional information on how to return your packages.

DELIVERED BUT NOT DELIVERED
All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. In the event that the tracking data confirms that the goods has been conveyed to your delivery address but you have not received your order, please contact courier with numbers above to resolve this issue. We cannot be considered responsible for packages where tracking data shows that the package has been delivered to your delivery address.
