Exchange Policy

We will provide an exchange on unopened hair extensions within 30 days of the date that you receive your hair extensions.

We are satisfied to accept returns and exchanges inside 30 days on all sets that have not been opened, worn, or altered. Good news is that Ladyidiy Hair extensions is always accompanied with an analyzer (tester) weft in the base compartment of the box, which you can take out to determine if the color is the perfect match.

1.WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE PERIOD?

Ladyidiy hair will make provisions for an exchange on unopened hair extensions inside 30 days of the date that you receive your hair extensions.

2.DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY EXCHANGE?

Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs. We recommend that you send your set back with a tracking option, on the grounds that Ladyidiy Hair will not be accountable for lost packages. Note: Customers should ensure to indicate “RETURN, NO DUTIES” on the package, otherwise the package may be returned to you.

3.HOW CAN I EXCHANGE MY EXTENSIONS FOR THE RIGHT COLOR?

Please e-mail us at info@ladyidiy.com and let us know your order number, as well as which shade you’d like to exchange for. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your setback for an exchange.

Upon receiving returned item, items will be inspected to check if you qualify for an exchange as opened items won’t be exchanged. We highly recommend to ship your set by means of a trackable shipping options, as that will enormously facilitate the exchange process.

4.MAY I EXCHANGE MY LADYIDIY HAIR EXTENSIONS WITHOUT CONTACTING YOU OR GETTING AN RMA?

Before sending your return, please endeavor to contact us first as the return address might differ from the original address your order was shipped from. Additionally, the RMA facilitates tracking of your returned item and ensures your exchange. Please note that exchange would not be guaranteed for items returned without notifying us.

5.WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE?

Upon receiving, inspecting and confirming that the returned hair extensions were not opened, we will send you the different color hair extensions.

You must contact us after shipping the package back and give us the tracking information of the set being returned, so as to assist us place the order for your exchange.

It takes 1-2 business days to process all orders from the minute we put it in our system. U.S. orders take 3-7 business days to be shipped with standard free shipping, and international orders may take somewhere in the range of 6-20 business days. For more shipping details, please click here.

6.WHY ARE LADYIDIY HAIR EXTENSIONS NON-EXCHANGEABLE IF OPENED?

Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. We treat matters of hygiene and public safety genuinely and do not accept opened items to be returned as the safety and satisfaction of our customers is our priority. We are not the only one – other hair extensions dealers do not accept returns of opened items for similar reasons.
