1. WHAT IS THE RETURN PERIOD?
A refund will be provided to all unopened hair extensions inside 30 days of the date you received your hair extensions.

2. WHY ARE LADYIDIY HAIR EXTENSIONS NON-RETURNABLE IF OPENED?
Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. We treat matters of hygiene and public safety genuinely and do not accept opened items to be returned as the safety and satisfaction of our customers is our priority. We are not the only one – other hair extensions dealers do not accept returns of opened items for similar reasons.

3. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?
All return shipping costs is the solely responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking option, on the grounds that Luxy Hair will not be accountable for lost returns.

4. MAY I RETURN MY LUXY HAIR EXTENSIONS WITHOUT CONTACTING YOU OR GETTING AN RMA?
Before sending your return, please endeavor to contact us first as the return address might differ from the original address your order was shipped from. Additionally, the RMA facilitates tracking of your returned item and ensures your refund. Please note that refunds are not guaranteed for items returned without notifying us.

5. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Upon receiving, inspecting and confirming that returned Ladyidiy hair extensions were not opened, a full refund will be provided to the original method payment. It is important to note that all customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information to enable us process the refund.

Note: Most banks will take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund, however, it could take longer. Please permit up to 7 business days for your bank to reflect the refund on your account statement before reaching us. For more information, we recommend to contact your credit card provider.

We understand that it can be hard determining your ideal Ladyidiy color match from your PC screen, which is the reason we offer an analyzer (tester) weft situated in the base compartment of each Ladyidiy box. This compartment ought to be opened first to determine if the color matches for you. If it is not the perfect match, we are glad to accept a return or exchange on packages that have not been opened or tampered with. 8. WILL I BE REFUNDED MY EXPRESS SHIPPING COST?
No. We provide free standard shipping for all orders; however, we will not refund any express shipping costs.
